The Mega Power Pipe has been in development at dragstrips and moto cross tracks for the last three years. As the systems have evolved we have been able to combine great mid range and top end power with hard-hitting low-end acceleration. The key has been the design of a larger 4" silencer body. This in turn has allowed us to use a larger core with a substantial megaphone section mid pipe that is joined to a larger header pipe. The free flow of the larger Mega Power header pipe, and the increased scavenging action of the tapered megaphone section result in awesome mid-range and top end power that also carries the power band further beyond the peak without a sharp drop off. The increased volume of the total Mega Power Pipe system also contributes to more torque for harder acceleration out of corners. With a larger 4" aluminum silencer, and a larger diameter core, you get the added benefit of both more sound dampening material and a larger perforated surface area in the core. Combined with our free flowing louvered quiet core, the Mega Power Pipe system meets the new 94 dba sound levels. A Supertrapp forestry service approved spark arrestor kit is also available, and drops the sound level an additional 2-4 Db(a). All Mega Power Pipes will gradually be updated to steel and will be Silver Ceramic Coated inside and outside, with the exception some M.P. Pipes for racing applications which will remain built in aluminum.

Polaris Ranger RZR Mega Power Silencer
Polaris "Mega Power" Silencer The Aaen "Mega Power" Silencer for the new Polaris Ranger RZR adds 5 HP and 5 more lb/ft of torque to the big 800 twin engine. Lots of bottom end torque has made the "Mega Power" Silencer a popular set-up for pullers with the regular 800 Sportsman ATV. The extra torque and power shoots you out of the corner and accelerates you hard down the straight. The shorter mid pipe also greatly improves top end speed. The mid pipe is finished with "double" silver ceramic coating and the aluminum body is finished off with a red anodized billet end cap. The Polaris RZR "Mega Power" Aaen silencer comes with a removable quiet core which has a closed end that will qualify as a spark arrestor in most places. For areas where a spark arrestor registration number is required, we have available a 4" SUPERTRAPP spark arrestor disc system that mounts directly to the billet end cap. Polaris Ranger RZR Clutch Kit The extra torque and power of the new "Mega Power" system may increase the rpm's so much that you will hit the REV limiter. To remedy this we recommend using our aggressive clutch kit to keep the rpm's at the torque peak for maximum performance. Polaris Ranger RZR Head Porting The Polaris Ranger RZR is a two valve design, and the exhaust valve and its port passage is very restrictive. Porting the head frees up flow, makes the motor breath better and adds horsepower on top end. The Polaris RZR head can also be cut for more compression. Polaris Ranger RZR Larger Valve Installation Larger valves and additional increases in the passages adds even more power thru the complete power band. Polaris Ranger RZR Camshaft The Polaris RZR camshaft has been in development for several years on the Sportsman 800 ATV model. The result is a camshaft with longer opening duration, but the lift is kept standard to allow installation without the need for piston modifications. Polaris Ranger RZR Fuel Injection Tuners We have tested a number of EFI Tuners and have found the Dobeck unit to be accurate, reliable and easy to adjust. The tuner is necessary when head porting and camshaft installation has brought the power curve beyond the stock program. Four dashpots adjust the low end, top end acceleration pump and transition fuel delivery amounts.

Arctic Cat 650 V-Twin Mega Power Pipe System
The Arctic Cat Mega Power Pipe system includes a new branch pipe from the rear cylinder, with a two into one connector built into the Mega Power silencer. With plenty of silencing material and a larger core, power is increased by 4 HP on top end and 5 HP in mid-range. With a 6 ft/lb increase in torque, midrange acceleration is greatly improved. The Arctic Cat Mega Power Pipe comes with a removable quiet core to meet the 96 dba sound level. A forestry approved Supertrapp spark arrestor kit is also available for the Arctic Cat 650 Mega Power Pipe system

Polaris Outlaw Mega Power Pipe and Filter Kit
The new Polaris Outlaw with its Independent Rear Suspension exits its exhaust in the center of the frame. We now offer a Polaris Outlaw Mega Power Pipe that is 4 lbs. lighter than stock and offers the same 8 HP increase in acceleration and top end power as our popular Predator pipe. The rebuildable aluminum slip on pipe consists of a tapered megaphone section mid pipe and a 4” aluminum silencer with billet end piece and a quiet core insert. A 4" Supertrapp spark arrestor disc kit is also available. The stock air box on the Polaris Outlaw has a very restrictive sharp bend on the intake manifold between the box and the carb. To eliminate this problem we offer our unrestricted direct bolt on filter kit. The Polaris Outlaw filter kit includes a 6" filter, Outerwear sock, main jet kit, and an aluminum shield that mounts on the frame and together with the seat forms an enclosed but unrestricted air chamber.

Suzuki 450 Quad Racer Mega Power Pipe
Bill Berger is testing our new products on the 2006 Suzuki 450 Quad Racer. With our mods Bill had the fastest Yamaha 450 YFZ on the Wisconsin circuit last year. We are now testing the same mods on the Suzuki 450 Quad Racer. The new Mega Power Pipe for the Suzuki Quad Racer is 7 lbs. lighter than stock and comes with a removable quiet core insert. The pipe will bolt on to the stock header pipe and consists of a tapered mid pipe megaphone section that produces sharp acceleration and an 8 HP increase in top end power. To utilize the full racing power potential of the Suzuki 450 Quad Racer, extensive air box modifications and a "Power Commander" or "Cherry Bomb" for recalibration of the fuel injection system is recommended.
